How these guides are written
Most Pinterest content is ordered by affiliate commission and recycles statistics nobody has checked. We tried a different approach, and it is worth knowing what it means so you can hold us to it.
- Primary sources only. Claims about Pinterest are quoted from Pinterest's own documentation. Claims about other tools are quoted from that vendor's own site — or explicitly marked "Not verified" where we couldn't confirm them.
- No competitor pricing. Public sources contradict each other often enough that quoting a price would mean asserting something unverifiable. We point you at the vendor instead.
- We name the free option. Pinterest's own free scheduler is ranked first in our schedulers guide. Our product is fifth.
- We disclose what we lack. PinLaunchr is not a listed Pinterest Marketing Partner — Tailwind and Later are. That's in the guide, not buried here.
- We refuse unsourced statistics. Four widely-repeated figures — the "45–60 day" seasonal rule, "fresh pins drive 90%+ of traffic", "2:3 gets 20–40% higher CTR", and "catalogs get 5x more impressions" — are not in Pinterest's documentation. We name them rather than repeat them.
