Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 18, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PinLaunchr subscriptions and credit packs made at http://pinlaunchr.com. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Payments are processed by Stripe.

"Substantially unused" means you have consumed no more than 10% of the plan's monthly credit allowance since the charge.
2. First-Purchase Money-Back Window
If you are a first-time subscriber and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and, provided your credit usage is within the threshold above, we will issue a full refund and cancel the subscription. This applies once per customer.
3. Renewals and Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
- We send renewal receipts by email. Renewal charges are not refundable, except (a) where required by applicable law, or (b) verified billing errors (see Section 5).
- Annual plans renew yearly; set a reminder or cancel in advance if you do not wish to renew.
4. Credits
- Credits are consumed when an AI generation or metered action completes. Consumed credits are not refundable, including where you are dissatisfied with the creative quality of AI output (AI results are inherently variable — see our AI Usage & Generated Content Policy).
- If a generation fails due to a verified error on our side and credits were deducted, we will re-credit your account — contact help@pinlaunchr.com with the approximate time and details.
- Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as described in the Service.
5. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, charge after cancellation), contact us within 60 days of the charge at help@pinlaunchr.com. Verified errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email help@pinlaunchr.com from your account email with:
- The email address on the account;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- The reason for the request.
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; banks may take 5–10 business days to post them.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we resolve most billing issues quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with pending chargebacks while the dispute is investigated.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the laws of your jurisdiction (including EU/UK consumer rights, where applicable, subject to the exception for digital services fully performed with your prior consent).
